Entertainment industry wants Pirate Bay Founders to pay fine

January 12th, 2010

In October 20009, the court decided that file-sharing site “Pirate Bay” should be closed, as part of the battle between the founders of The Pirate Bay and the entertainment industry started last May 2009.

And if it wasn’t, Fredrik Neij and Gottfrid Svartholm Warg would each have to pay a fine of 500,000 Swedish kronor (US$71,000), according the court. Now the Swedish divisions of Universal Music, EMI Music, Sony Music and Warner Music want the court to make that threat a reality, since the file-sharing site is still open and they are still involved, according to a recent filing from the music industry.

Hip hopper Sai Sai Kham Hlaing gets “Thumbs up” for a pop-rap song

December 24th, 2009

Sai Sai, Myanmar Hip Hop singer

Sai Sai, Myanmar Hip Hop singer

Recently, a song written by Sai Sai which was titled “Always believe in you” (A-mye-tan-yone-kyi-tel) has been popular among the fans.

This duet song was performed by Sai Sai and Thiri Swe on “Seven Years Seven Nights City FM Lives” show. This pop ballad with soft rapping goes well with their voices and the fans love it. Because of its touching lyrics, his fans want to know if the song was dedicated to his girlfriend Wutt Hmone Shwe Yi.

They are also curious whether this song is a copy or own tune, since he copied many world famous songs so far. Well, obviously, there’s a Jennifer Lopez’s song with the melody exactly like the one mentioned. So is there any chance J-lo copied Sai Sai????? :P
