Umbrella Girl Rihanna has held her 23rd Birthday on the Stage of All Star NBA. She has wonderful performance. In this All Star NBA teen fever Bieber also hit and hot too. He played well and had nice shot.

Rihanna’s new tattoo, “Rebelle fleur”

Here, Rihanna got new tattoo again in on Aug 11 (yesterday), interesting words “Rebelle fleur” on the left side of her neck. The 22-year-old has admitted she has an addiction to tattoos and, so far, has 14 (that are visible) dotted around her body. She once said: “I like hanging out in tattoo shops. I am so intrigued by tattoos. It’s an entire culture, and I study it. Sometimes I go with friends, or just by myself. I get bum-rushed, but I don’t care. I don’t take security.”

After Chris Brown moves on with alongside singer Natalie Mejia, Rihanna is ready to move on professionally and may be will have a new boyfriend sooner :)

According the source, Rihanna’s first music tour live show performance will take place on May 28 in Dubai.

“There will be over 25,000 tickets available,” Mary Rachelle Cherpak, a spokeswoman for Dubai Tourism, told E! News. “They will be going on sale in the next couple of days.”
