Last Night the Canadian  Justin Bieber got a Global Youth Leader Award at the New Look Foundation’s First Annual World Leadership Awards at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on August 6, 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia and got to put his arm around sexy singer Ciara.  The kid’s on fire.
