LINDSAY LOHAN’S lawyer has quit as the actress gears up for her 90-day jail sentence. Bob Shapiro has told the LA judge in Lindsay’s case that he is no longer representing her. It’s currently unclear who she’ll have by her side when she officially surrenders and begins her stint behind bars today.

After Lindsay surrenders, she’ll most likely be taken to a holding cell at the courthouse, where her SCRAM bracelet will be removed. She’ll eventually be transported to the Lynwood Correctional Facility.

As we previously reported, Lindsay probably is only expected to serve 25% of her sentence — which is 23 days.
