It was hot news and topic on internet that someone recorded a video of Erin Andrews through the peephole of the ESPN sideline reporter’s hotel room, without her consent, while she was naked. And after sometime, the person who took that video was named as Michael David Barrett.

Though there is no source confirmed about how and why Michael David Barrett took that video. But it was mentioned that Michael David Barrett tried to contact many celebrity web sites including TMZ to sell that clip. And now it’s reported that he was released on bail yesterday and now he’s under house arrest and electronic monitoring as he awaits trial October 23. He can only leave to go to work or the doctor, and can’t even go online.
