Thailand, Chiang Mai Loy Kathong 2008

Loy Krathong is held on the full moon of the 12th month in the traditional Thai lunar calendar. In the western calendar this usually falls in November.

According the source in Bangkok, there are less people participating in Thai big festival Loy Krathong or Loy Ka Thong in this 2008. Even though as it seems less people, we can see many tourist are enjoying in Chiang Mai Loy Krathong.
